Akia M. Smith, MAI – Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.

Ms. Smith has more than 25 years of real estate experience with over 18 years of specialization in the appraisal industry. She is the company’s founding appraiser with experience in appraising commercial and industrial properties, vacant land, equal and uniform analysis, and evaluations.

Ms. Smith has performed and/or reviewed hundreds of appraisal assignments including office and government buildings, medical/professional offices, retail spaces, warehouse and flex spaces, land and development sites, hotels, churches, apartment buildings, mixed-use properties, and feasibility studies.

Ms. Smith holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.  She is the current Treasurer of the Houston Chapter and is poised to become the
2025 President.
